My daughter parked at Telford Bridge to do some revision for her exams in Starbucks, she was 16 mins over . I had a letter for a £100 fine , I work away from home so I did not see the letter until I returned , it had increased to £170 with a threat to go to send in the Bali’s. A school girl has to save a lot of pocket money to pay that sort of disproportionate fine . I feel robbed and will stay away from that retail park in future

Took my car into Halfords 3 years ago but did not receive any of the PCN letters through the post as my car was registered to a new address, so I was unaware of this unfair fine and unable to appeal. I have provided evidence that my car was booked into Halfords at this time but they will not accept this evidence and their legal team have threatened 30 days to pay fine or possible CCJ. Surely this is illegal when it is evident my car was booked into Halfords.

December 2019, got stuck on this car park for over 90 min, due to congestion from like minded shoppers grabbing last minute gifts. exiting was a mission & like so many others received a £40 charge, I'm still challenging this fight against unreasonable parking charges. would like to hear your views.

My disabled daughter with a blue badge received a parking ticket. Both photos show front view of the car? How is this possible if one is entering and the other exiting ?

Bloody disgrace we shop there all the time and I get a £100 fine was one of my favourite shopping parks not any more I could understand if we'd gone the town centre but Christmas in Smyth's we were in that shop for an hour what a load of bollox never mind your loss of a very regular costomer

Be careful, only a few minuets over 3 hours receive £100 fine! Fines do not reflect time in car park, i do not wish to visit again.

Be very careful using this car park! We shopped in this retail park, left to do shopping else where and came back again as we forgot something. The Parkingeye sees everything and we presently have a ticket for £100 for over-staying our welcome. Unbeknown to us (as it is not stated on the signage) and still to this day I don't see how we could have known this! This has put off genuine shoppers from using the shops there.

be careful. £100 parking charge for staying longer than 3 hours. There is a 'parkingeye' that monitors cars that enter and leave it. what they say, the signage, which is CLEARLY displayed at the entrance to and throughout the car park, states that this is private land, the car park is managed by parkingeye ltd, that the maximum free stay is 3 hours 0 minutes, along with other terms and conditions of the car park by which those who park in the car park agree to be bound.
