Thank you to the guy that was on ticket controls/intercom this evening - 05th May 2021 @ approx 18.30. He helped me through the loss of my ticket and not to mention being rudly interrupted whilst using the machine to get his ticket done. With this happening I then didn't realise I had to get a new printed ticket and had to call again when at barrier, which again he helped and allowed me out. Thank you for all your help

Done an hour shopping in Asda, spent over £50 validated the ticket. Got to the ticket barrier and was stuck there. Pressed the call button. And the guy who answered was so rude and abnoxious! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and I work in retail! He told me his name is Johnson and made us go to him and when I was asking him a simple question he was ignoring me! Spent ages and had to walk down and made us pressure another button on the middle of the car park, only for us to give the details and wait another 5mins to be told something was wrong with the ticket?! Got to the barriers again and he said he will let us out for him to wait again?! (he was on shift at 10pm Tuesday evening.)

The car park attendant who responded to my help call at the carpark barrier at 5pm on 11/04/17 was extremely obnoxious and unhelpful. He seemed to think it was acceptable to hold a mother and her toddlers along with their grandmother waiting for 15mins at the barrier to apease his ego. His language was rude and arrogant. And his comment to his colleagues to "I will keep her waiting even longer now" was heard! His behaviour was pathetic. He requires retraining as his customer relations skills are non existent.

The parking attendant this afternoon was very kind and helpful. I'm very grateful thank you

Parking at The Twickenham Rugby Stadium

About The Twickenham Event Zone

When large crowds are expected on an event day, the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames introduces the 'Twickenham Event Zone' also known as Controlled Parking Zone R. This is a one-day controlled parking zone around the Twickenham stadium.

The days the zone will be in operation are sign-posted well in advance at the zone entry points, and on major routes into the area. In addition, a listing of the events timetabled for this year can be found on the Event Day Timetable page.

The zone can be displayed on the map by selecting the 'Event Zone' checkbox on the map.

Twickenham Stadium Parking

All of the roads surrounding the stadium are for resident permit holders only and any unauthorised vehicles will be towed away. On-site car parking is extremely limited and is normally pre-allocated for international matches. Parking is generally available on site for non-international matches and Concerts if booked in advance.

It is recommended that you pre-book a car parking space by requesting a booking form from the RFU Ticket Office by emailing carparking@therfu.com. Please note that pre-bookings will close at 1pm on the Wednesday before a weekend event or on the Friday before a mid week event.

Additional parking near Twickenham Stadium is available from local residents and businesses through Parkatmyhouse.

Bicycles and Motorbikes

Free parking facilities are available in the stadium’s North and West car park.
