Terrible.. the fort have obviously been approached by a dodgy parking firm who have teamed up with them most likely sharing the profits of ripping the parking situation. If your wheel is slightly on the white line they will charge you £100 never going there again my custom is gone

£70 fine for accidently parking in disabled bay is extortionate amount of money. Especially when the whole place is empty. you know must have been mistake. No clear signs, we'll they are hight up on the posts where no would look. They should adopt Costco policy if someone parks in disabled bay they leave a polite note so you don't do it again, that's they have queues out the door and fort is a desert. You should encourage customers to visit not drive them away. Never shopping there again.

I went shopping and have received a parking fine. There wasn’t a clearly marked disabled bay. If there was it must of worn off as I checked. There wasn’t any room at the side of the car so I don’t know how a disabled person would be able to get out of the car safely if they were!
