I parked as a non resident and paid and displayed ticket then got fined for not registering at the reception. The signs are completely misleading and when I asked the receptionist she said that guests register at reception to get a better deal for guests. Complete scam.

Not a good service for non-residents. Unhelpful.

The signage on this car park says that non guests can park there but need to pay a different rate, but neither the pay machine nor the horizon app allow you to change the rate, so you can only pay the guest rate and then you get fined. This is misleading
