If I could give it 0 stars I would Used this carpark on L9 many times, cost me £7 a night. I arrived last Sunday, machines weren't working so I paid for one night on Ringo app. Monday all machines were covered and I had to pay on exit with my plate being read on entry. Arrived at different times all week Prices were £11, £12, 13 and finally £9 - £52 in total !!!!! The week before it would have cost me £35 Absolutely disgusting. Signs still up saying £7 a night and no instructions. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Last time I park there - avoid the place !!!!!

Actually the carpark is okay, it's the ticketing is hopeless. I paid and placed the ticket on the dashboard of my car, however, it had fallen to the floor after I left the carpark, probably wind blowing through a cracked open window. These tickets don't have an adhesive element to them, as Aberdeen City Council parking tickets do; you'll never know if they stay in place unless you carry sellotape or blue tac with you, which I will do next time I intend to use this carpark.

Avoid at all costs , disabled driver and it’s not clear what you are meant to do park or if it’s free for disabled

Was running late for Scotrail train (bus gates & traffic partly to blame) & ALL spaces within ticket/barrier section of lower Scotrail car park completely full - I seriously doubt all cars parked there were actual Scotrail customers but that's another gripe. I exited barrier & found a space at entrance level & ran for my train with only seconds to spare, assuming I could pay on return due to number plate recognition technology. Upon my return from 2 night stay in Edinburgh the ticket machine would not allow me to process my payment and when I returned to my car was furious to find THREE tickets stuck to my windscreen - one for each day I had not paid in advance totalling £300 (£100 for each day) reduced to £60 per day if payment made within 14 days - absolutely shocking! In future will use Union Square car park which although slightly more expensive, is less complicated than having to download a RinGo App (machines are waste of time & half don't work), less dingy & no urine in stairwells.

I see alot complaining but I thought the signs was clear and obvious 2 big signs saying levels 6-13 are pay and display and found the ringo app quick and easy to use very convenient car park

I stayed at the travel lodge hotel and was told to park in the college street car park. As others, I went to pay in the morning and found that you have to prepay. £100 fine, £60 if paid early. There were many other cars the same. Needs to be more apparent!

I parked in College st car park this morning and expected to pay with number point recognition on my exit - just like Union Square . On my return and having difficulty paying with my Reg number I found a fine ticket for £100 on my windscreen. Many cars had tickets on their screens. This car park is to be avoided

I paid the parking fee on College St car park for overnight parking £7, which it said on the notice. The next morning I went for the car and found a parking ticket stuck on the window. It said ‘No valid ticket’ ! I have the ticket here to prove it. I was staying at the Leonardo Hotel, who recommended the car park because it’s cheaper than Union Square. They of course take no responsibility. The parking fee is £100, or £60 if I pay up now! Totally ridiculous!

I have just been caught out in this car park. I assumed that as I wasn't given a ticket on entry I would pay on exit entering my reg number. At this point I found that I had been issued with a £100 parking notice as you are supposed to pay in advance. I will never use this car park again and I intend to appeal / go to court.

Disabled parking spaces are not clearly identified. The ticket machine on level 10 was out of service and I was unable to obtain a ticket from the machine on level 6 despite two attempts.

Never had a problem here... You know have to enter your car reg number to get a ticket. Is easy access to union square

do not go there , there are always payment problems with the pay points . the car park payment system has never worked properly and the owners do not see to give a monkey,s about their customers.. if they did they would have fixed the payment problems by now. you get the impression that the owners deliberately leave 3 of the 5 pay points broken to make people wait so that their time goes into the next paying hour. the payment system is a complete shambles.
