Went into carpark and parked,in shop one hour came out ,car wouldn't start ,phoned aa waited a couple of hours ,aa came ,needed new battery, car works great now ,went home,weeks later got a parking ticket for staying more than 2 hours,said I broke down ,they weren't interested and keep sending me letters.

got stung for parking just the same as others even when shopping late at night and getting a mcdonalds after. Wont ever go back. Suggest others avoid this supposed retail park. Greedy.

Just received fine for parking in excess of 2 hours , when supporting local business shopping and had lunch as shopped at lunch time. Money grabbing ???. Won't be going back as q hours parking not long enough. Signs poorly displayed if any there. Did not see any.

Ridiculous, there is no clear sign at all to state this length of time staying, got a fine of £100, and discounted to £60 within 14 days, however, still too much and not fair at all.

This disgraceful private company will photograph your car's registration on entry and exit. The DVLA will provide them with your private home address on request. If you stay in the car park a minute longer than two hours, they will send you a letter, charging £100 for your overstay. Although this reduces to a still outrageous £60 for payment within 14 days, there is insufficient time in many instances to shop and have lunch/coffee etc. I've been here often, however I will not shop here again.

Ridiculous went there for Christmas food from m n s and Sainsbury’s, then some presents and a snack in cafe Nero this has several shops and no clearly visible signage it meant to be a retail park so we will never be back, feel sorry for the shops there as they will suffer as we gonna tell everyone we know not to go there and it our local shop area, if you gonna charge then charge for parking

Christmas shopping December and just got £60 fine for staying over 2 hours. If the shops and cafes I used had warning notices or staff who pointed this out I would have left . Too greedy. I won’t be back and this is going in my social media page !!!

Received a fine for parking here for just over two hours the week before Christmas - this was the time it took me to meet a friend for coffee in Cafe Nero then spend a lot of money buying food and Christmas presents at the other shops here. I won’t be using the shopping centre here again due to this parking fine and will be advising all my family, friends, and colleagues to avoid it too.

Avoid this retail park spent over 2 hours shopping here recently and got stung £60 for parking shameful. Better to charge for parking than rip people off. Best to go to Silverburn or Braehead avoid this retail park or it will cost you. Parking signs are not even obvious up at the top of lamposts really useful up there!!

It is shameful to fine costumers for spending more than 2 hours. I went with my classmate to cafe niro to finish our classes assingments. I will not be going back again.

If they are going to fine people £35 or in some cases more for parking there for over two hours then why not install meters. Have the shops any say in these fines after all once fined people will not come back to shop. Just a thought, never going back there and I haven't been fined.

Parking Fine through in the post £60 reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days. 2 hours 15 minutes. Shocking when legitimately using the shopping centre.

Just received significant fine in the post for parking on a Sunday. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Disgusted. Hard lines fo the shops. I will not return.

I will not be using the car park or shopping at West End Retail Park for the next year. I received a parking ticket after completing my Christmas Shopping, on 11th December 2017 which took just under 3 hours. I spent a lot of money in the shops there in that time. Merry Christmas
