03/10/2023 (approx 7pm) - paid for parking (1hr-£2.50) inside the hospital - went to leave the car park - barrier would not lift up. Pressed call on the intercom - nothing. Called the phone number provided, just played music, kept on waiting. Back to intercom, which also started to play music. Poor form, being that’s the only exit - barrier not recognising payment, long queue behind, no help - please sort this problem out. Another vehicle also had same problem.

Just had to visit hospital now there was no notices to say blue badge will have to pay frustration as previously have parked also amount of cars no spaces

Once you enter car park on way system no spaces left waited 1/2 hour to get one no option to exit out as barrier does not lift should not let cars enter if no spaces available

I am a blue badge holder and have just been unformed by the help desk that I will have to pay the usual parking fees. Appalling, other Hospital's in the area do not charge disabled drivers. Charing X and Teddington Memorial Hospitals being two at least that I know of. There needs to be a complete review by the government on Hospitals charging at all for people parking, blue badge holders or not ! and whether visiting sick patients or attending for tests. I find this disgraceful.

Parking company charges but does not provide enough parking than if you park where ever you find a parking they will issue with the ticket for fine which means it is brich of contract they take your money and not provide parking
