i paid and displayed yet still have a parking fine corrupt car park now i have a dept collection for £170 not paying it as i paid parking and they know this stay well clear !!!

If you love yourself don't park here, they would take your money and still send you a notice

Avoid this car park, it only takes coins, the machine doesn't accept 5p despite it being listed as an acceptable coin, and when you can't pay and leave they'll send you a £100 penalty notice.

We've just received parking fine notices despite using the pay by phone app. We have a record of all three payments. Appalling service

Terrible. Horrible service and the machine is constantly broken.

I paid the parking amount on the day, the payment did not register but it took my money, £3.50 for 10 hours. I took this as assurance of payment. I then received a PCN from them. I appealed and explained above and they then sent a £100 bill to myself. I now have debt collectors trying to get £170. This is all down to the machine being broken and shortly after this they had a man in the carpark taking money due to the machine. All they do is take, they dont want to listen at all. Dont park here!!

Just received a PCN despite an assurance it would be "free" to park there by Teesside University. Also very poor signs indicating it was ANPR UK Car Park Management.

Absolutely terrible do not go
