**If there is a black Ford Explorer parked, this car can be blocked in**

Two spaces located on Lewisham Park in London SE136QZ (one on the drive, one on the front garden).  PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is for one car in one space only.  

Space 1: The drive (please park close to the gate so the other space, ie the garden area can be accessed.  If a car isn't there when you arrive it doesn't mean it is not in use).

Space 2: The garden area.  Please make sure you park far enough back to allow a car/van to access the drive.

My house is within a short walk to Lewisham Hospital and approximately ten minutes walk from Ladywell train station,  and circa 15 minutes to Hither Green Station.

Please note this space is on a one way street (remember to turn left out of the house when you leave!)

Please also note, there may be CCTV in operation.

NB the bolts referred to in one of the feedback comments were removed during the landscaping.  I used to have a bollard there and they were the part of the base. It was declared on previous listings but now they have been removed.
