IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

My place is in a Semi Detach Bungalow. So, I only own half of the Bungalow. PLEASE PARK IN THE PEBBLES & REFRAIN FROM BLOCKING THE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS PAVEMENT that I share with my next door neighbour.

I am sometimes busy at work that I cannot monitor the Ring Doorbell to check your arrival. 

Hope this will reduce any future parking problems & me messaging/calling you to reposition your cars from blocking the wheelchair pavement.

Furthemore, that might interest you. There’s a free parking in Brighton Manrina you may wish to take advantage of  at only £1.70 per trip until further fare changes recommendation from the B&H Bus itself.  If  it helps, please check their free  parking hours in the Marina as I have no connections with them . Is very  recommendable specialy during the dark cold winter season. 
Please also consider your safety first before booking. I would suggest you to book closer to the hospital or other available parkings you can find  to avoid walking througn the dark alleys from my locations to the hospital & back.

1). BRIGHTON MARINA 21 - there’s a Bus Stop at the opposite right corner of Manor Close to take you to Brignton Marina

2). GOLDSTONE VALLEY  21 - there’s a Bus Stop just right the corner of Manor Close that will take you to Brighton Racecource, 3mins walk to Brighton General Hospital from the designated bust stop (use your Goohle Map pls.), to London Road shops & to the town center 

3) MILE OAK 1 - is 3 mins walk to Whitehawk Bus Garage, Whitehawk Road @6mins interval to take you to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton Pier, Churchill Square or the town center

4). Brightin Marina 7
5). Brighton & Hove 7
6). Sussex University 23 ( another bus option to Royal Sussex County Hospital & the Gala Bingo
