Very tight car park. Parked for theatre show and lunch before only to find out on exit it was £17.50…..absolutely daylight robbery!!

Do not use this car park for events at the King's Theatre. There are insufficient pay machines and they operate very slowly. There is also a delay in the barriers working. These combine to create gridlock in the car park.

Handy for the western side of the city centre - usefully a number of hotels in the area (the Novotel/ibis & the Premier Inn Charing Cross) have a recpriocal agreement so that the rate is reduced down to about £4 a day. As is the case with 1970s multi story car parks, it is a bit cramped for modern cars, which are so much fatter than what was on the roads 40 years ago, so very easy to dent/ding someone elses door.
