Absolute rip off, never again

Shocking. Parked here one Sunday. And it's not until you get to the barrier at the top of the one way ramp that the prices are displayed. Was parked for 2 hours and 2 minutes and got charge £9 for the "privilege". A waste of a tenner on a Sunday too. And the lifts smell like urine.
