Don’t stay here if you don’t like needles lying everywhere. Lifts don’t work. Stairs smell of urine. £24 for 5 hours is rediculous! Very unsafe for anyone entering and leaving. Spaces too small.

The only redeeming feature is proximity to Central Glasgow shopping streets and rail connections. The exterior is absolutely filthy, even for an old multistorey. Some spaces are cramped due to the structure's support beams - very easy to damage the car's rear roof pillar if it's a hatchback or a 4x4 and you prefer to reverse into space. There's only one payment machine at Oswald St walk-in entrance, leading to massive queues during afternoon rush hour. Overall, not worth the high hourly parking rates asked for.

Have parked here using season tickets for almost 25 years but over the past year, presumably due to doing deals with hotels, it has become ludicrously busy. If you leave the car park for a meeting it is very unlikely that you will get a space on your return. We are now looking for an alternative car park.

Disgraceful service. Far too over priced compared to all other car parks in central Glasgow. Stayed for 2 hours and 29 minutes costing £9.90. I has put in a £5 note and realised I didn't have enough change on me, waited barley 2 minutes for my sister to run down the stairs with more change and the machine cancelled the transaction, without giving back the £5. It then gave me an IOU slip with no contact number or details what so ever as to how I would get this money back. I am a student and £5 is a lot when you are on a budget. Still trying to get my money back!
