Parking charges are not right. It's £10 for three hours. Not many spaces unless you pre-book

Very tight spaces. If you’re an SUV driver, don’t expect to get into these spaces. If you’re not driving SUV, then just hope you’re not next to one cos you won’t get your car in! Often over-subscribed and therefore you have to wait for a space. Mostly contract-only spaces and people get VERY angry if you go near their spaces. Be warned. Not a good parking lot.

very tight spaces, parts of the structure reduce headroom dramatically, very limited number of non contract spaces. Quick and easy payment, inexpensive for central London

Parking in Shad Thames (London, SE1)

Shad Thames, also known as Butler's Wharf, is an area in South London bounded by the River Thames, Tower Bridge Road, Tooley Street, Mill Street and St. Saviour's dock.

Parking around Shad Thames can be a bit difficult during the day if you do not have an allocated residential parking permit, as the area is within a Controlled parking zone (CPZ), meaning that only residents can park on some of the streets Mon-Fri 8:30-18:30.

If you are visiting the area on a weekday during the day, use pay and display or there is a also Q-Park car park on Gainsford street which is in the heart of Shad Thames.
