My advice is do not use this car park . The costs per day are very high but on top of that you may find yourself subject to a fee of £60 if you use floor 4! Apparently there is a small sign sellotaped on a post somewhere - not visible when you are driving and you may well not see it when you walk to the lift dependent on where you have parked. So you may well end up with total costs of £75 for the day! Be warned!

Absolute daylight robbery. This car park is £14 per day (or part thereof). I parked on Saturday morning at 07:00 and collected car Monday at 12:30, was charged a shocking £42. Its a nice new and secure car park but the fees are uncompetitive with other local parking facilities. It's more expensive than some airport parking.

Went to do a job on the new car park was refused access to car park by a yts car park manager!!! and to add to insult he verbally abused me . I think he would do better to learn people skills. Never again. YOU CANT GO ANY LOWER THAN ONE STAR, IF I COULD IT WOULD BE -10 STARS

Terrible - charges £15 day, doesn't accept payment by card or by notes, doesn't give change. Nearby booth had to issue bags of coins to disgruntled customers. No instructions as to how to obtain change nearby.

Great experience just drop your credit card in the barrier at the enterance and do the same on exit and avoid the queues at the pay stations

Parking Near Mortons Solicitors

Whilst there is no on-site parking there are several ideally located pay and display car parks, aswell as other pay on street parking and pay and display car parks.

The best placed parking would be SiP car park at end of John Street,

Opposite Stockport Magistrates Court on Edward Street next to Halfords.

On street pay & display further down Middle Hillgate or Hopes Carr

Nearest Free Parking is along Canal Street (but very busy at times)
