No option to pay by cash or card...only mobile...i didn't have data..so couldnt stay

We went yesterday and couldn't park .there was bollards over half of the car park where you used to be able to park .does anybody know why

It's just somewhere to park, it's the rip-off pricing that annoys me, we pay 70 quid for a pass, then still have to pay on bank holidays! Bloody Wakefield council.
