Went to get a ticket, multiple attempts but the machine wasn’t working, had an appointment to get to so expected the penalty £60 !! To call it a car park is an exaggeration pot hole ridden demolition site would be accurate rip off …avoid

This car park is a trap, plain and simple. Despite paying for parking, I still received a fine because I supposedly didn’t cover my entire stay—an easy mistake to make given how unclear their system is. This isn’t about fairness; it’s a money-making scam. The signs may technically be there, but they’re designed to trip people up rather than inform. I urge everyone to avoid this car park entirely. Businesses and the public should boycott it, and the council needs to step in and shut it down. Places like this exist solely to exploit honest drivers, and enough is enough

Horrific they have find me with our reason the machine doesn’t work. I would never ever park here again. They will not even look into my claim.

Parking meter is running 15 minutes slow, bit dodgy if you ask me.
