Don't pay its only parking charge,they have not got any authority to fine you.only police and councel can charge you.but if its council run they can fine you.

Same as most have stated. I was sent a letter but was successful on my appeal as you cannot pay in retrospect for your parking which is stated on the signs. I paid for 5 hours using the app however i couldn't change the time to when I actually entered the car park but did pay the correct tariff so thankfully the appeal went in my favour and I didn't have to pay anything more

The worst run car park I have ever experienced. Avoid!, Any appeal will be rejected. I really wanted to go to court with this bunch of robbers, but decided my life is too short to waste any more time with them.

I entered at 9:54:21 been sent a parking charge notice of £100 for parking before 10am on a Sunday! No barrier to stop me from parking before 10am when tariff charges apply. The signage to this car par is terrible as it says in big letters 1 hour free then tariff charges apply. Very misleading appealed DO NOT PARK HERE as shopping local costs you £100

If I could give this carpark a 0 I would. On their tariff posters in the carpark it says you get an hours parking for free. Since I’d parked for 1hr 20 I paid £1.60 to cover the additional 20 mins and the company have sent me a £100 fine! The signage is so unclear and it’s no wonder there are so many bad reviews.

Same as other reviews. Unsuccessful appeal. No phone number to ring. Had £100 fine. Be careful using this carpark. I won't use ever again. Would be zero stars if was option to select.

Couldn’t give a zero star review. Got a £100 fine for parking here. Stopped for 10 minutes as my child was ill. Completely unreasonable level of fine!

No idea why there are so many bad reviews, I’ve used this car park lots of times over the past 3 years and never had an issue. The parent and child spaces are great, it’s low cost and easy to use.

Zero star. The most confusing machine and like many on here got a £100 fine! Currently in appeal process with them

Barrier up, no ticket issued we assumed because it was Remembrance Sunday. Lots of people driving straight through. Just received £100 fine! Utterly baffled. I m assuming appealing to the company that runs this scam will be unsuccessful and that anyone else reading these reviews is also doing so because they are in the same boat as us! What a Scam and I can see they have been allowed to get away with it for years!!

Absolutely disgusting car park and complete Scam!!! So confusing on exit making the payment options impossible to understand. 2X £100 fines when I’ve paid the full amount. Please never park there

An absolute disgrace. Very misleading on their tariffs. Very confusing pay machine . Accidently made an error paying my parking by 50p no way to correct the error. No one to contact to explain.Ended up paying £60 . Please dont park there. We all work hard for our money so be careful . No stars

If there was an option for zero stars I would do that! This is the worst car park! The machine tells you to choose an amount to pay and is very confusing. I made an honest mistake in thinking that the first hour is free and then you pay for the amount of time after that hour (Lots of confusing and misleading signs to suggest this). They know what they are doing. Total scam! 100% guarantee they don’t refund people who accidentally pay more than they should. Charged me £100 for accidentally paying 50p less. I will never use this car park again and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t. They don’t deserve any money. Definitely avoid!!

Don't visit Sale until they sort this scam parking companies tricks on this multi story car park. Barriers up no tickets.....well besides the £100.00 one you get the following week. NEVER SHOP AT SALE

Confusing. Instead of telling you what you owe when you pay, it gives a series of time options. Accidentally pick the wrong one and Parking Eye pick your pocket. Rubbish company!

Absolutely awful run car park. Do not park here as they appear to just want to give parking fines out. Avoid!!!!!

ANPR didn't catch my car entering so had no record of it on the machine when I entered my reg to pay. I know the ANPR company are real savages so I paid for 3 hours despite being there for 45 minutes. Still recieved a ticket as the camera logged me leaving at 10.20 but I couldn't prove what time I arrived. even though the car park doesn't open until 8am... so paying for 3 hours covered me and then some. Stay away

The machines were not working and the barrier was up so i parked and got a £60 fine when none of them were working. I appealed and was unsuccessful!!! What a joke!!!
