Every time I visit the hospital there is always a problem with parking ticket machines. One machine in the main car park has been broken for the past six months; probably longer by the state of it. Another machine is cash only and at night you can't see what you are doing, as the light over the shelter, where it is situated has been inoperative for as long as I have been going to the hospital. The machine opposite the main hospital entrance is frequently out of order too. All this means that everyone has to walk the full length of the hospital to use the machine in the main entrance. This machine also is faulty and will not always take you bank card if you try and use your pin code. If there was an option to give zero stars I would do that. Absolutely diabolical. The last time I used my bank card it got stuck in the machine because the screen is so dark I couldn't see it was cash only as the light above the pay point is not working. This is typical of a hospital that is obviously being allowed to go to ruin.

I have observed on 3 occasions in the last month drivers with a wheel chair patient unload while parked in the middle of the road get the wheel chair inside then go and try and find a parking space and fail so now the patient has been left the drive has now 'illegal' parked through no fault of his own BUT by going through this effort he has SAVED an ambulance collection. Convert all grass areas into car park. Provide staff parking off site and bus in. Your Hosp. is not alone the situation is ridicules and SO easily solved
