Faulty machines. Result = PCN and rip off fine.

absolute scam, was in car park for 3hrs 23mins, machine charged me for 1 hour parking then sent me a £100 fine, appeal was declined so will never park here again, car park was empty so i guess they get their money back another way!!

Absolute scam, charging £100 fine for being there half an hour early when it wouldn’t let us book for our exact time we was there. All that even though there were over 100 spaces there, what a joke the big thieves are.

These absolute cunts sent me a fine even tho I paid for parking and left within the time limit. Even after I proved I left on time they sent me case to a debt collector. Absolute scum

Paid for parking online because the machines were not working. Got a parking ticket, but only received the second letter that said it was too late to appeal it and was now £100!!! Total scam!

DO NOT PARK AT THIS CAR PARK !!!! I HAVE BEEN ISSUED WITH TWO PARKING PENALTIES. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SYSTEM AND THE PAY / TICKET MACHINES ARE A SHAMBLES TO USE!!!!!!!!

This parking is a trap for people being fined. If you just park beyond the time, they will fine you for 100 GBP. Went through the appeal and they did not even read it. They are not engaging, they are an awful company ripping off people.They have no morale, they are cowards and a bad culture company. Society does not need such immoral companies.

I have frequented this car park for 2.5 years (son at uni) and was mortified that I had to pay £30 recently; this has practically doubled- shame on you Cardiff NCP
