Parked here with my disabled mother to take her to the Ivy after a long day Xmas shopping. Great disabled spaces but upon returning after the store had closed, found only a sign saying no access to car park overnight. Called the numbers but no answer and no automated message re car park. Had to go home on train, planning to return the next day, only to find reviews stating there is an entrance to the car park that no one can find. Very poor signage. Shame on you John Lewis

Never use during busy times, literally queue for hours to get out

Iv been parking here for 2 years for work always paid between £11-14 ,, I parked yesterday and was disgusted by the new prices £26!!! No signs going in to warn about the new price change.

If you follow your gps to enter the car park you'll get £35 fine for taking the wrong road and turn left. Beware!

At busy times,the wait to leave is hours.A health & safety issue.No staff available to police quesue.No risk assessment for elderly & infirm.No use of emergency exits.Abysmal

Great car park but the council are taking advantage of a fairly limited road system in Cardiff. Fined £70 for taking a safe and legal left turn into the carpark in the left lane of a non-bus lane. Utterly baffling. I no longer park in Cardiff and do my John Lewis shopping online.

Good car park but issued with £70 penalty charge for no left turn on Hayes Bridge road. Council scam for easy money.

No clear signs to indicate the closing time. Was looking for a way in to pay before 00.30, but could not find a way in. The contact number is no good, states that it is an incorrect number. Not very user friendly. I've got to put 1 star as I'm unable to leave it blank.....not deserving of a star.

This car park has no signs stating how to exit on foot also their should be more signs to say carpark shuts at 00:30

Went to the Cardiff for the weekend. Car park itself was fine, but I received a £70 fine after I got home!! Apparently there is no left turn to enter the car park. I saw no sign for this so BEWARE!!!

Used this carpark when visiting the Motorpoint Arena for a concert. But as other reviews have mentioned, if you do not know the area it is almost impossible to get back into the car park when John Lewis is closed. There are no signs directing you to open stairwells. We had to walk back in the car entrance, which is not safe. Also the really sharp speed ramp at the exit broke the coil spring on my son's car. He is not happy.

This is the best parking area in the whole world jus the way my car looked in the parking lot was amazing had to snap a couple snazzy pics for the gram

2019 and still the same problem from 2011. No easy to access when shop closed. For someone who is first time user there is absolutely no indication what to do . You go round and round and ask locals and security. Shame

Great car park for shopping during John Lewis opening hours, but how the hell do you access the car park in the evening? We couldnt find the entrance so ended up walking down the carpark itself, quite dangerous really..More signage please..

Remember. If you access the car park from the Canal Street end then you will be issued with a £70 fine for using a bus lane and making an illegal left turn.

A great car park if shopping in John Lewis, relatively cheap, and secure. NCP Car parks in Cardiff are simply dreadful, seedy and hugely expensive, avoid at all costs.

Problem noted in 2011 has still not been addressed! No signs to direct CUSTOMERS to entrance when JL closed!! Creepy at night.

Great car park, well lit - only problem is we walked out through John Lewis but when we got back John Lewis was closed and we couldn't find our way back into the car park.

Great car park if shopping in John Lewis. One set of lifts go into John Lewis, and another lift go's into St David's shopping centre. Well lit and easy to move around in.
