£32 as we had gone just over the 4 hours parking slot. Stinks of pee everywhere. Worst car park I've ever had the misfortune to be in. Never again , should be closed down. Creepy , ridiculous prices and stinks of a toilet.

very expensive like for Cardiff entrance for pedestrians hard to find not recommended at all!!!

I felt pretty disorientated in this car park. Tight parking spaces, no barriers and the pedestrian access was poorly signed- I walked back in along the car access. Just over 2 hours' stay cost over £14, which was jaw dropping. I wouldn't be able to afford parking in there again! On road parking seems a better option.

Good location, but very expensive. Steep ramp puts people off and the parking bays are tight. The ceiling feels low and a bit creepy at night. The stairwells are best avoided due to smell (have a guess) and the lifts a bit rickety. I think this gets a lot of use due to location, but I would suggest parking elsewhere and walking a bit.

Very expensive for Cardiff. Much cheaper parking in the south of the city and pay and display street parking close to this car park.

It was fantastic coming in to a busy city at 11.00 on a Friday and being able to find a convenient half empty multi storey car park. I became a little suspicious on entering when the car in front of me decided not to enter and started reversing down the ramp. It soon became obvious why!!!, This car park is a total rip off and the cost of parking is not clearly displayed on entry. I frequently have cause to enter city centres in south Wales and the west of England with my job and I can confirm that this NCP car park is the most expensive. Even when I submitted my travel expense form and submitted evidence of the parking charges my managers thought that I was taking the ---- !!!! This is simply theft, You have been warned!! .

Absolutely crazy prices for parking, steer well clear of this grubby NCP joint. How can NCP justify charging these prices when I can park in the excellent John Lewis car park, which is even more central for shopping for just £2 for £2 hours Monday till Saturday and £2 for 4 hours on a Sunday.

Great location to the city center, but the price was crazy, after 6hours on the road to get to cardiff and arriving at night, no sign as i came in so parked in the blue space as others had done, went to check the car 24hrs later and a £50 ticket, but this time they had put a sign in the road so you would see it, NEVER will i park there again,

I agree with millis. I didn't even notice the sign at the barrier - there' are none anywhere else because I checked on leaving when I'd been charged £5-90 for a stay of 37 minutes. A rip-off.

Absolutely outrageous charge - £11.50 for 3 hours! No signage to confirm the chargest until you reach the barrier, by which time it is too late to avoid going into the car park and incurring the minimum charge.
