Just got a £100 fine for staying to long (which turns out I did because didn't know there was a limit). Says its "Clearly marked" in letter but in all the time I've been there I have never seen any signs at all that i recall (needs to be clearer apparently!). Be warned. Legalised robbery.

I have been coming to this retail park for years but never again. Met a friend for dinner and got fined £60 for being there 3.5 hours. Did not see any signage warning me of this, if it's there definitely not visible from where I parked. Car park was virtually empty and the fine was totally undeserved. Well done on losing a retail customer for life. Disgusted.

Shame on you. Drove 30 miles to get there. Browsed the shops, had a Buger King, then fined £60 for being over 3hrs. Gutted. Wont see me there again.

Parking time 3 hrs maximum is not enough for the amount of shops/services available here especially if you don't live locally and make a specific trip to visit the Retail park. Received £60 fine for going over by 49 mins. Made purchases in several of the shops (The Range, B&M, Smyths) that day and lunch from Costa. Apparently you can ask in shops to extend your parking to 7 hours but nowhere tells you this. Won't be hurrying back here. Very disappointing.

FREE car park but if you should park over the white lines, they'll fine you £60 increasing to £100, same as all these types of parking management companies do after so many days. Didn't see any signs and have been using this car park since the days of B&Q. Harsh lesson 2 days after Xmas!

Absolutely disgraceful. No clearly visible signs and designed to catch people out. How the large retailers on this park let them get away with it I don't know. Spent 2.5 hours in Costa, drinking coffee, breakfast and business meet. No signs in the Costa Car Park. Fined a £100.00 because my lease company didn't sent the fine on. There should be clearly signed parking machines if required to pay...

Last week I spent over £300 at three of the shops on this park and have just received a fine, (invoice) for £100. IPSERV (IBC) are ripping off genuine decent people that are supporting jobs in the local area. Needless to say I will never be returning on principle. The signage informing drivers of the maximum stay period is unreadable from a car when entering the car park thus making it unfit for purpose and possibly illegal. Shame on you IBC!

Travelled 110 miles to visit my Mother in law who has severe dementia and took shopping for an outing. We spent over £100 in 90 minutes and on returning found a £60 parking fine. Last time we visited these shops parking was free so we didn't see the very small signs saying that a ticket was needed. These shops here will not get our custom anymore

Shopped here many times, spent £400+ on this occasion, but never seen a sign limiting parking. £60 parking fine, but now returning all the goods and the shops here have lost our future business forever.

I got a fine here for shopping over the two hours. There are at least five big shops there and also a costa where you can have lunch. How you suppose to do all this in 2 hours. Never seen any signs either. Absolutely disgusting.

Be careful you don’t get caught out on this car park as the parking lines are not visible in most areas, you could get a £100 fine ! They prey on catching you, with all the misery going on right now, shame on you IBC
