We parked at the Centaurus car park last Saturday whilst shopping in Tesco, TK Maxx and Hobbycraft and decided to walk across to John Lewis as it was such a lovely day. We had no idea that we weren't supposed to leave the site without taking the car with us. We checked with a Parking Attendant about how long we could park in the car park for (3 hours) and he was fully aware of our intention to walk to the Mall, as he overheard us discussing it. He could have warned us of the ruling, instead he watched us leave the car park and booked us. Obviously he needed to get his quota of tickets in for the week! What a lovely person!
