I was parked for 2 hours 27 mins with disabled badge and appealed showing badge and primark reception at 1.09pm don't know anything about football and I agree it's scaming people and I won't be shopping there again

Scam! Don’t park here my son went to the gym here and went to Sainsbury’s, in Charlton, came out just as it was 90 mins, this should not be allowed. They are just making out its event days. The car park was empty, no sign saying otherwise and it was in the evening. Expensive gym session

It’s a zero stars for me. I wish I had read these comments before parking here. Changing the amount of time you can park on a match day is totally a money making scheme for the owners of this car park. I am sure they rub their hands together on match days knowing it’s bonus time for them. BEWARE non football fans!!!!! Receiving a £60 parking fine has really put me off visiting this Marks and Spencer and Sainsburys stores again.

Would put 0 because you get charged for 25 min extra during match days even you have done Sainsbury's shopping. So basically you need to be checking events dates and doing speed shopping. Won't be ever shopping there again.

would give 0 if possible. Got a PCN of 60 quids as the car was parked longer then maximum period allowed. It says 4 hours of free parking! there's no clear signage saying there was an event (for god knows where) that the free parking time shortened to 90 mins. complete scammer, avoid

This place is really a scam. Although is true they have a signal saying is a 90min stay on match days, how are you suppose to know that if you are not a football fan? On top of that at arrival the signal is not dynamically updated so it just say you have 4h allowance from your entry point. It also applies for the whole day on the match date?? So I left the car park long before match even started, but it doesn't matter you still will get the fine. Basically all has been design to scam people from money

Got parking fine for staying 1:43 hr which is horrible I paid 60 pounds with in 14 days or else ticket was for 100 pounds. Its say 4 hrs free parking.

I have just been fined for staying in car park for three hours and 47 minutes - even though their signage says you are allowed four hours maximum. I have always used this car park for the max 4 hours and never had a problem before. Basically, even though they promote it clearly as a four hour max stay - they will fine you if there is an event on somewhere on that day - heaven knows what sort of event, I go there to do my shopping. I have spoken to both the retailers there and reported it and they took it quite seriously. Also, all the websites promoting the shopping there and accessibility describe it as free car parking - and the four hour max. This is a very crafty way Europarks are using to sponge money out of people, oblivious to this event/no event car parking time restrictions - apparently there is some small print at the bottom of the blue boards, advising on event days being different. The way they are doing this needs to be made more public to the local community in the area so they are not deceived

Got a parking ticket for charging my EV in an empty car park on Christmas day. Reason being that I overstayed, when the shops where closed.

Yes, I went 4 hrs 10 mins, after multiple shops and lunch. 70 fine. mostly empty. None of the other car parks nearby do that. Euro Parking are crooks. Shop elsewhere.
