Unfortunately I had the same experience as lots of other people who have reviewed on here. The machine said payment was successful thought nothing of it until a reminder letter came demanding 50.00. Never received the initial letter when asked why they said it wasn't anything to do with them to contact royal mail. Unfortunately this company is used by Torbay Coast Countryside for their car parks. In future I will ensure I never park in a Park with ease car park as you don't seem to be able to trust in their machines or service. Times are hard enough without a parking company take your money with fault being with their machines.

Totally agree with everyone else. Whoever in Cockington owns this car park understands nothing about welcoming visitors, and employing this heavy handed parking company means I, my family, and friends will NEVER come back to this crumbling over-priced pile of tat.

Totally agree with the other comments on this page and wish heartily that I had seen it before I parked there. This is obviously a very good moneu spinner for them. Unfortunatley we didn't keep our ticket. I will in future!

Good car park but an appalling company that manages it. Got a letter some months later from a debt collection agency with no real explanation of why I'd been fined, despite buying a ticket. My advice is park somewhere else and don't give these rip off merchants your money.

Don't use! I got a £100 fine even though I have paid. Impossible to proof after the event!!!

Awful company. Got sent £100 fine saying we had no ticket. Luckily we have witnesses who will stand up in court to testify otherwise. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK OR COMPANY.. We are awaiting a reply from company but are livid at this ticket. Sound like a rip off company reading other reviews. Only leaving 1 star as not able to leave none.

Expensive - and send PCN Letters with £100 fine to anybody who is 1 minute late

V expensive parking 24hrs/7 days a week - and even if you run over by 10 mins as we did after a party at the Barn at 23.23 , you will receive a £100 fine via the post a week later. Don't use!!
