Also ludicrous that it's not possible to visit M&S or Sainsburys twice in the same day. They share the car park. Across the road is Torbay Hospital which serves large rural area. I brought a friend to the hospital for a procedure this morning and went across to M&S. Read the signs and realised that I had made it impossible to collect her later and take her to the M&S cafe for lunch. A lot of people idle time away in a similar fashion. Doesn't strike me as a good business decision.

Ridiculous that you can't visit Sainsbury supermarket twice in the same day!

You manage to fine people for using the car park twice in a day, however you cant seem to manage to control who parks in the parent and baby spaces. The amount of 'disabled badge holders' who park in the very small amount of parent and baby spaces is ridiculous when there is copious amounts of disabled bays for them to use. Not just 'disabled badge users' its the lazy / 'injured' old people who think they're entitled to that spot, or those 'waiting for family inside'. Sort your self out and start to control the car park better.

Car was damaged whilst parked in the upper car park near Boots, the Willows Torquay. Can’t get through to anybody at Euro parks on the number provided to check CCTV. Disgrace!

Shocking ! Parked in the willows Torquay car park when I returned to my car my drivers door is scratch and dented . Went to Sainsbury’s to ask if they have cctv coverage . Apparently not and no one gives a stuff !!!

Would give no stars if possible. Parking fine of £90 issued for overstaying. Met a friend, had lunch, browsed M
