Visited The Range twice in one day and now received a parking fine for £100. We were in the store approx half an hour on the morning and half an hour on the afternoon and obviously their cameras did not pick us up leaving and returning. I’m going to dispute the ticket because although we enjoy going to The Range we certainly do not spend over 3 hours in there. Probably won’t get anywhere with it but at least trying

Not sign posted well at all with how long to stay. It’s a big retails park and 2 hours is not enough at all. Conveniently I’ve only just received a fine from their debt agency stating my ticket was last September and now the fine is £170 and can’t appeal. Awful company. People have enough outgoings with how the economy and state of utility prices along with mortgage rate hikes and these awful people come along and rip you off some more!!

Terms and conditions of use of car park ae not made clear. Daylight robery. First and last time going to shop in Kidderminster. As above go to Merry Hill!

Handy that it's free for 3 hours but poorly displayed signs regarding the time limit and the fine is £60!!!! This is extremely excessive and although they say you can dispute it, it has to be within 14 days or the fine rises to £100 and everyone I have heard of has conveniently not received the fine until at least day 8 of the 14 and apparently they are slow to respond.

I’ve just received 3 parking tickets and on each occasion I was under 1 hr.

Could not find a by notice displaying parking restrictions. Asked in several stores but no-one seemed sure. Chap in the Range thought it was 2 hours but not certain Very bad we left before 2 hours were up as didn't want to risk a fine. As a result we purchased nothing. 2 hours is a ridiculous time to look around large stores. Won't bother going again

Hi there just a general question today I saw a carpark attendant taking pictures of a vehicle parked over white lines. Whe. Tickets are issued are they put on the windscreen or do they come through the post?I believe the signs are poorly posted and it's the first time I've seen a parking attendant. I attend a few days a month so I'm glad I'm aware of the 2 hour limit now. Thanks

BewareDo not forget your BLUE BADGE even for 5 minutes. Just got a £40 fine because I went into the Range to retrieve my BB from wife(in her bag) went out to put it up but got a ticket. Obviously someone SNEAKILY watching and pounced within seconds. NO GOOD appealling as NO GRACE period (10mins with local council) NONE with this bunch of vultures

Beware the lady walking to take pictures with your mobile phone and to collect enrollment. The lady I saw was random select few cars and took pictures and marked the time on the cellphone. I do not know if it allowed.

bad displays that this is a 2 hr max parking, or get a big fine. don't know how you can look round any of the stores and make a purchase for large furniture in 2 hrs... better off at merry hill, and no fine.
