We had a similar bad experience with parking as the earlier review, which spoiled an otherwise happy memory of the day. Please make sure that when parking you get and keep all tickets and reciepts.

Keep your receipts. The ticket machine was out of order when my son went there and parked. He paid for parking at the kiosk inside the station and has a bank transaction to prove it. Many others would have been in the same situation. The company issued a fine and showed a complete lack of empathy when my son appealed this and rejected his appeal despite the evidence of a ticket being paid for. Neither this company nor Weat Midlands trains have been in the slightest caring or helpful.
