As seems to be the running theme here… I paid my parking amount using the parking machine located by Ninja Warrior UK, the amount was debited from my bank account for the correct charge yet the company sent me a fine for £60 which I appealed and they reduced to £20 so I appealed using POPLA and was still unsuccessful and have a £100 fine looking which is completely unacceptable after paying the parking cost at the time of parking. I will never park here again and I suggest others do not also

Me my family and friends will never shop here again the fact they charge for parking is disgusting bentley Bridge do and they are much bigger I recieved a fine for parking as I didn't see signs and didn't expect them to charge avoid crown wharf!!!!!

A poorly organised car park with a terrible mobile application. There are hardly any kiosks and the fact you have to manually select your duration on the app and hope for the best is obscene. Since this car park operates via ANPR I would expect to be able to search for my plate at least to verify my duration or allow me to pay on entry for a specified duration with the option of an extension. As with most reviews here, I can attest that if there is any discrepancy or mistake, they WILL fine you and don’t listen to appeals. Park elsewhere if possible.

£170 fine for missing to pay the car park! This is absurd! Never been there before till the day we went to a party at the Ninja place. I honestly look around and I could not see any payment notice, then naively thought it was free. I wonder what government entity control these parking companies. £170 really???

Zero stars. Just had a nightmare with this car park. Got to the machine, put my reg in and it said pay £1.50. so I tapped my debit card and it said payment declined, so I tried again I think 3 times with no success. So I went to a different machine and the same thing happened, so my wife tried with her card and brilliant it worked. Just checked my online banking and I've been charged £1.50 6 times and once on my wife's card. £10.50 to park for just over an hour. There's something dodgy going on with that car park. Avoid at all costs.

I have never been to Walsall / this car park in my life and somehow they have scanned my number plate and want to charge me £170 for unpaid parking charges. I would say I will never park here again but I didn’t the first time.

Zero stars! I was nervous to park on this car park having read the appalling reviews but hoped it may have been sorted out now. It’s clearly one big fraud, they have taken my payment twice.

How is this company getting away with this? I, too, paid £2 for parking, received a PCN and have had my appeal rejected, despite providing bank statements, proof of payment. I am now being told there is no record for my car so owe £20 to cover their costs. Scam company! Beware

As with all the other reviews - paid my car parking fee, have my bank statement to prove it. Have been sent a £60 fine. Appealed to be told they will accept £20, currently appealing through POPLA although reviews for them are just as bad and they tend to side with the parking company. So I’m expecting the appeal to be rejected. I will never ever park on this car park again - complete scam artists

Received a fine for £60 saying I didn't pay. I have proof I paid via bank statement, which I sent to them. They've rejected my appeal due to "it's not on their system". "On this occasion only we will accept the reduced amount of £20 in full settlement of this Charge to cover our costs in correctly issuing this Charge" Massive scam of a car park, will never ever use again and will be telling friends and family to also AVOID!!!!

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. What a scam operation they are running, they try to charge you £60 for parking that you’ve already paid £1.50 for, then as you appeal with proof and know that you have 100% selected your own car, they decline your appeal and say they can’t find your car details but as a gesture of goodwill they’re willing to bring the fine down to £20 if you pay within 14 days, safe to say I will not be paying this nor will I ever be using this car park ever again I suggest others avoid too unless you want an expensive few hours shopping!

Avoid car park at all costs. I went to this car park on 08/22 paid for my parking. Recieved a parking fine in the post stating I had to pay £60. Luckily I paid by card and have proof I paid after sending this over they claim they have no record of my payment and then have now sent me £100 parking charge. Still disputing this and will not be paying.

Like so many other people on here I have had to appeal a parking charge notice. They claim that I did not pay and want me to pay them £60. £100 if not in 14 days. I appealed this as luckily I paid £1 (for 1 hour which I only stayed 25minutes) on my card. I have this evidence on my bank statement. Somehow they have rejected my appeal and have then stated I need to pay £20 or send another appeal off to a different company. I have sent another appeal off as I have the proof of time and proof of payment. Hopefully this will be sorted soon but this has been going on since 08/2022 and I can rest assured that I will never be parking there again.

Parked on 27/10/2022 paid with debit card on way out but have received a fine for £100 as no record of payment on machine. Am currently disputing as I have proof of payment because I paid by card. Will not use this carpark again.

My wife parked here and paid for parking contactless and the amount was debited from her account but the machine obviously didn’t record the payment so received a fine. Appealed it and sent photos of receipts and all, got another email asking for the wife’s details as the payment was paid by her account and she was driving. What difference that makes I have no idea parking was paid end of. Still fighting with another appeal for the same fine now. Absolute joke.

I paid to park here on 21/5/2022 and have been issued a £100 parking charge for parking less than an hour, fortunately I paid by card and have proof I did so. Will never be using this shopping centre again. Please avoid. Wouldn’t want any one less to have the same experience. I’m awaiting an apology

Used this car park 11th May. Returned to car park and went to pay at the machine. None of the machines were in working order, disgusting! I was forced to phone the number listed and pay on my card. I was charged for this service. Odd thing was I had to put how long I wanted to park which started on exit. I think I was there less than an hour but couldn’t be sure so paid for 2 hours. You then get a test to send your reg, which was a confusing message. I just hope all this can be tied together and I don’t get a fine. I will challenge this if I do.

Hi in my opinion this car park is very poorly organised. We couldn’t find any machines to pay cash they had all been removed and the signage clearly said pay on exit in bold text. Upon returning to the car it was a nightmare to set up for payment. Although we tried to pay on exit, the time commenced from the time we departed not arrived, if I get fined I will fight it, as the sign is misleading and I would have by choice paid cash which wasn’t even an option. No public phones nearby so if you have low battery or don’t have a mobile phone you are doomed. Bring back the machines.

I went to this car park on 5th February 2022 drove around the car park looking for a machine that was working!!!! I think I found the only one that was working out £2 to pay for 3 hours which I thought was brilliant the machine only printed a ticket for £1. I have not heard anything as yet because we stayed longer than 1 hour. Absolutely atrocious this car park is

I went to Clinton’s to buy a birthday card , my mom got out to pay the parking & the meter didn’t print a ticket , so we stood talking to the man emptying the bins he witnessed & called the lady who attends the machines ! She opened the machine and said it’s jammed & ripped a ticket off! I displayed & few days later cleaning my car I threw it away thinking nothing of it!! Now I’ve been sent a letter demanding £170!!!!!! For not paying !! I am sticking to my guns as I’ve done nothing wrong & paid to park!!! It will have to go to court as if there is cameras they will see me paying !!! Obviously!!!! Absolute rip off merchants

Parked on this car park recently. The machine's were not working so I paid by phone (on the app) unfortunately I didn't select the correct vehicle, I paid for my car not my husband's. Genuine mistake on my part but paid the correct fee and didn't go over. Received a parking fine. I explained the error but my request to have the fine revoked was declined. I will never use this car park again robbing gets!! Bunch of crooks. I will reluctantly pay the fine less the £1.60 I paid.

Went to this car park for the first time on 17/12/21. It was realy busy & I was in a rush to pick up an item from Argos. I didn't see one sign for parking fees and like most retail parks I would have expected it to be free parking. I was in there 17 minutes, do these people think that I would risk a fine for the sake of £1. Even then the fine is extortionate £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days. Even then the letter was dated 29/12 and it didn't arrive until between 4-6/1, so I don't have 14 days to pay, as they want payment by 12/1. If they want to make it chargeable, put barriers in as multi story car parks do, everyone then knows it's chargeable. These companies are taking advantage of shoppers, no wonder everyone are purchasing more online.

Pay meter s not working again but still worried about getting a fine this needs to be stopped . Any excuse to put a bill on you

Was new to the area and due to this set off my anxiety, saw this retail car park and just sat in my car until I had calmed down. Parked for 41 mins apparently, never saw any notices about parking fees and have never known a retail park to charge for parking. I have a disabled badge for reasons like this. I am on £73pw sick money and they want £60. I'm in tears and this has made me ill. Greedy fat cats taking from the poor as usual.

What a RIP off you should be investigate into what you are doing machine not working what a joke by the time you get to a machine.its clock up more time than what you've been there shame on you stop charge us for your own pockets and making money out of us

Went here a few weeks ago visiting smyths toys went to pay parking machine not working,then over to the next machine not working ended up going over to a 3rd machine not working either so I stopped a lady from Argos and asked if any machine was working to which she gave it a mighty bang and low and behold it came on put my reg in payed my pound it said accepted started printing my tick then went off,I phoned the number on help line twice absolutely no answer but luckily I took a picture of the pound being accepted weeks later I’ve just received a fine to which I have absolutely no intention of paying these parking firms are just out to blatantly rob people I’ll never use there car park again as for cp plus you can whistle

My daughter dropped me off took 5 minutes if thar they have sent 100 pound fine said she was parked for 21 minutes she wasn't even there 5.. robbers should be ashamed but it will come back on them

Often use this location for convenience but the machines are now beyond a joke. 4 attempts to pay yesterday and various elements of the machines (green start button!) not responding. Eventually got one to work and the number "1" failed to register. Looking forward to receiving my fine now which they can shove where the sun does not shine. Shocking state of affairs - oh yeas - and the please pay by phone which is more expensive for less administration. Clowns and criminals running this operation.

Machines not working properly.loads of people having same problem.every time i use it its the same last time coins didnt register so had to pay double.on reviews saw loads of people had same problem.tried phoning them and guess what.nobody answered.!!.seen lots of complaints but obviously nothing being done about it.an absolute disgrace!!!!shouldnt have to pay at shopping centre

Metres not working, found 1 after walking from metre to meter that took card. Paid stayed 10 min got home to see my flipping card was declined

You must alway keep your ticket when parking here I got a ticket once saying I had over stayed but luckily I kept my ticket which showed I had not overstayed surprisingly they cancelled ticket also parked on a motorway services at East Midlands it clocked me going on but not coming off so was sent an exorbitant fine needless to say they cancelled that one too bunch off crooks always keep your receipt

I am completely unused to paying for parking in a retail park. Where else do they do this? I was having a lot of distraction from my granddaughter and was in a hurry to get into shops and genuinely did not notice any notice boards about parking. Are they prominent?? Now have received a fine for 100pounds which I shall fight. Its completely out of proportion. Of course I would have paid the £1 if I knew I had to. But its a camera controlled area. If. Itwas the normal gated parking I would have known. I will be complaining to the landowners, and these explorative goons who sent the invoi e. Apparently they don't have any legal right to demand money, especially not such out of proportion amounts. Its not even as if there was not oodles of empty bays iin their scumbag car park.

Have been using this car park for a while never a problem just parking meters broken a lot. But yesterday 27/2/20 had a parking ticket for not parking correctly. I always park within a bay make sure before I leave my car. But on the 16/1/20 apparently I didn’t park correctly which is a load of bull. £140 they want me to pay. I DON’T THINK SO!!! I ay paying them a penny and won’t parkvon there car park again. I haven’t received any photos or evidence where i was incorrectly parked. Think I parked next to the bike racks but is an open space and hasn’t got any yellow cross marks unlike the other side or any sign to say it wasn’t a parking space. Would rather b conned in the local NCP then park my car at crown wharf!! they seem like crooks out to make a quick gain unlike u don’t pay enough to park.

I thought blue badge holders are free otherwise I could park outside of this rubbish car park on double line with no problem. They sent me fine of £100 pound, but they will get no penny..

I had a ticket for just going into this car park to pick up my wife and her shopping. When I complained I was told to read the notice board at the entrance. Try doing this with a queue behind you. Parking Eye are a bunch of comedians.

I went to this Park to pick up my daughter and baby great grandson, and was slapped with a 50pounds invoice for being there for 19minutes i stupidly paid up. I then received another invoice from Parking Eye asking for 85pounds. To my mind they are a bunch of crooks, and all you get when you telephone them is the condescending rules is rules spiel.
