I work Nights and my wife days and part time on Sundays so that we can give our kids happiness and you guys are reaping us. I was with my 2kids to Macdonald and they issued me a parking fine for stay of 32 minutes. I had called customer service and asked him are they doing the right think especially when u do a purchase and have a receipt and can't even park for 32min.I feel they are only getting curses from the people

Even though I used the laptop in Mcdonald’s and put my registration to get 60 minutes free parking,still I have received the £100 penalty charge

I’m a Uber Eats food courier and I went to this Wisemore McDonalds to collect an order. After 13 days I’ve received a £100, for Parking in the McDonald’s car Park. I thought it was free for 90 minutes. Appealed against the fine, I got a respond from the Ocean Parking management they said that your appeal has been considered and rejected because you shouldn’t have park in the McDonald’s car Park. I’ve told them that I’m a delivery driver one they said we don’t care and just pay if you don’t then you have to pay extra and you will be going to court she cut the phone on me. They have threaten me and I was very upset with their behaviour. I had very bad experience on the email and phones with Ocean Car Park management team. I will not be recommending this McDonald’s to anyone and I won’t be collecting orders from this McDonald’s. The Ocean Parking management is acting like a gangsters and doesn’t care about people’s struggling.

Avoid this car park at all costs. The owners are criminals and McDonald’s are absolutely useless. Had to urgently get food for my diabetic partner so I wasn’t exactly thinking about paying for parking considering we were at a McDonald’s. Literally only there 12 minutes over the grace period and now have £100 fine. Ocean parking are exploiting McDonald’s customers and don’t have a heart when it comes to a medical emergency. Horrendous. Never going near one again.

This car park owner’s activities are illegal and immoral. Everyone knows McDonald’s car parks are free. The car park owner is exploiting the poorest in society - it’s a poor area and people are using their last savings to buy a meal and are then landed with a £100 fine. No visible signage and the McDonald’s staff did not inform us that there was a charge for the car park.

Absolutely shocking after a long competition day I took the children over for treat of McDonald’s we ate in the car before travelling back to Manchester. I’ve received £100 fine for eating McDonald’s in my car since when do you need to pay to park at a McDonald’s restaurant! This is disgusting on both the company and McDonald’s.

partner was charged 6 quid per 2 hours cos he had a van he was working at tescos and couldn t park there due to height restriction no signage to say it was extra for a van just the man on the phone told him so outragous

Something should be done about the car park charges you are asked to pay at Wisemore McDonald's. There is no signage anywhere in view on the car park, let alone ask for a tablet to enter your car reg details when inside. Families are being totally ripped off when visiting here. It is absolutely disgusting. When speaking to a member of McDonald's once we had received a £100 fine, they said signs were on their doors! Surely anyone with a shred of intelligence looks for signs on the actual CAR PARK not as you are entering with excited children on your arms. Like so many others, McDonald's are losing our. Never to go there again. Disgusted. Only pressed a star otherwise review would not go through!

Absolutely disgusting. Parked in the disabled bay directly outside the McDonald's entrance, went in and ate and have received a £100 fine for the privilege, reduced to £60 if I paid in 14 days. This is how McDonald's treats it's disabled customers?? McDonald's are allowing Ocean parking to do this. Disgusting,we won't be going back to this branch. Did the window cleaner who parked next to me without a badge in the other disabled space get a fine too?... No signs that I saw at all and no mention of the parking by McDonald's. I am fuming at both companies.

Signs that you have to pay to park longer than the free 20 minutes are impossible to find & even read especially in the dark. £100 fine for staying 31 minutes. Ridiculous company, ridiculous standards. It’s a shame as the car park isn’t owned by mcdonalds but because of ocean parking, i will no longer be using this mcdonalds nor will I be using any ocean car parks in future. How can you fine people when the signage is so poor & not to mention we’re in the middle of a cost of living crisis, people can barely budget for bills & food let alone unexpected fines for nonsense. Absolutely sickening, they should be ashamed of themselves for being so greedy & profiting off their mistakes. Just received a £100 fine for parking there while visiting McDonald's. Total scam. Mcdonald's were only given planning permission on the basis that they offered free parking, yet they expect you to be psychic and know that you have to add your reg number into a tablet behind the counter without notifying you of this.

VERY MISLEADING... BEWARE! Took 8 children to McDonald's for daughters 10th birthday in two cars, £200 parking fine for the privilege. The fact that there are so many bad reviews means it's not just us who believes this is McDonald's car park. It's an absolute money making scam for ocean parking, and McDonald's should at least be informing their customers.

Went to treat my son to a mcdonalds and there are no clear signs when driving in to state you have to pay. Who on earth looks for signs when you go through mcdonalds drive thru. Everything is for money these days. Would of happily paid £1 for an hour. Disgusting company!

Absolutely fuming I did not even park on here I simply went through the drive through….. spent £45 and received a £100 fine….. signs are so poor and it was dark so I couldn’t see. The que was so long and then we had to wait for the order. To receive this fine is a total shock…… disgusting car park and disgusting service! Daylight robbery

Never even crossed my mind to pay at a mcdonalds carpark! First time in walsall for a few years, definitely won’t go back. Received £100 fine for taking my son to mcdonalds. Had no clue there were any parking charges to pay! Cannot afford it but have no choice. Some vile people are benefiting from this- it shouldn’t be allowed.

Avoid at all costs. The email sent regarding my appeal of the £100 charge for a short stay after purchasing a McDonalds at the drive- through had MORE WRITING IN IT than any of the so-called “clear signage” at the site. It’s extortionate and is set up to deliberately target unknowing drivers.

Just picked up a £100 fine when visiting McDonald’s, saw no indication when going onto the car park, thought it just part of McDonalds car park. Beware very deceiving and under handed company.

DO NOT visit this retail park. Received a £100 fine for visiting McDonalds. Upon receipt of the PCN I contacted the McDonalds manager to ask why the staff do not notify customers especially those who eat in, was told I should have read the signs and asked for the tablet, was busy and while I was waiting not one person asked for the tablet so that will be more customers with fines... Maybe the McDonalds Franchisee will take notice when people stop eating there. Ocean Parking rejected appeal even with genuine reason and receipt from McDonalds, shame on you and shame on the landlord who owns the retail park it is no surprise there are empty units. Maybe a showcase on BBC Watchdog will make you realise what a shambles you are!!

Terrible fined for taking four children to McDonalds after swimming no signs and a truck from McDonalds blocking the entrance , believed the car park to be free , however 100 pound fine for 1 hour stay . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I would rate zero if I could. Do not use under any circumstances. This is run by unscrupulous company who charge you for using McDonald's and you are more than 10 minutes (which you are likely to be).

How can this company get away with not correctly displaying notices advising motorists that this car park is private and charges clearly displayed. Signage was not visible when we parked here believing it to be McDonald’s. Then receiving a notice informing us of an outstanding parking fine. Pants!

Be warned this car park is not what it seems. Private carpark with parking charges not clearly displayed and not a free carpark for McDonalds!

Signs for charges are not clear and as a result this car park is easily mistaken as the free customer car park for the McDonald's that it is adjacent to. This is a deliberate ploy to allow the company to trick drivers into incurring fines - disgusting behaviour.
