Derbion - Basement

I paid £5.80 at machine when I got to barrier it didn’t open so I assume I should scan my card as I have no prove it took another £3.10 and opened the barrier I contacted the centre and was told I had put a number instead of a letter at the start of my car reg So I asked how did it know how to charge me with incorrect reg but couldn’t let me out I got no reply Be careful this must be over charging a lot of customers

I paid £3.10 when leaving the car park at the park and display machines. When driving out the barriers wouldn’t lift so I paid another £3.10 on the machines next to the barriers
