No stars, got a fine today, won’t be coming back, no the wonder I got a space that quick, didn’t see the sign

Just received a parking fine from 9 weeks ago.£100 have been coming here for years . If you don’t know you don’t look for these signs. Won’t be back!!

Meant to be no star rating. Absolute legalised robbery. We won’t be shopping here in future. On line will be our future shopping. Both myself and elderly Father fell foul to this ridiculous rule. 2 hrs not long enough to shop so the car parking may win but the shops will certainly lose!

What a Scam, how to stop people from shopping in this Area and using there shops. Out of Town shopping is no longer free.

I got a Fine for parking that is not clearly stated to pay for and trying to charge me for parking there for 45hours and 4 minutes.. and said I’ve already had a letter, which I have not and wanting to charge me £100! Absolute disgrace.

Not even 1 star got fined £100 for over staying 2 hours when I’ve been shopping and had food stupid amount of time

2 hours for parking when shopping in a large retail is ridiculous, fair enough 4hrs but 2 its a joke. Large signs saying 2hrs only should be visible not these small print signs or some announcements in the local paper prior to this change in policy to warn customers. The shops are going to start losing business this means you can no longer go for food and shop at the same time shame on you the business owners of this land. I don't know how they sleep at night, robbing from customers.

Fined £100 for visiting Durham retail park. Been going for years. Did not see the signs for the new parking restrictions that only allow you to park for upto 2 hours. I will not be going back.

My 88 year old father has been fined £100 for going over 30 mins. We have parked here for years and never seen a sign. You need to make signage obvious then people would not go to the shops and then jave something to eat at pizza hut. It is pure profiteering when charging these amounts and not providing proper signs for people to see. It has made our family decide that it isn't worth shopping there anymore. Truly buyers beware!!! The shops & food outlets need to know this will damage their businesses.
