If I could put a minus I would . Waited on the road for 30 mins to get on to the car park as it was full . Then couldn’t find a space ! Had to call the clinic as it made me late for my appointment . Now I have to pay for the privilege . Worst car park

Yo go to hospital because you sick and you leave even sickier with the astronomical parking charges...

Very expensive for hospital users who are in need

This carpark has not changed since I retired in 2004. The chevron design was supposed to ensure the greatest use of space, always was difficult to get parked, regular scrapes and bumps. The prices were always high in an attempt to deter people using it to go to the shopping centre. Staff carpark never large enough and also expensive.

If I could rate this zero I would. Awful car park, who designs a carpark like this? Awful angled bays that are a nightmare to park in. The worst design I've seen

Very expensive car park considering it is a hospital the prices should reflect this and be compassionate. Disgraceful !!

Been twice, the queue both times goes back to central Epsom. The barriers doesn't open because "it's full", yet when you get in there's about 20 empty spaces. I understand that they leave some so you don't drive in and chase around for that very last space, but 20 seems a bit excessive. £3 for half an hour's appointment, that we were slightly late for as we left with "only" a spare 20 minutes calculated for.

6 hours wait in the A&E for daughter to be seen cost £14.50 parking charges. No consideration given that we had to wait 6 hours to be seen! No parking attendant around to answer any question.

Just had car hit badly here they have no cameras and the person just drove off. Posted on social media and apparently it happens a lot!!

Very busy car park. Sometimes long queues.
