I come to outpatients every 3 weeks with my disabled son. There were no parking spaces anywhere else at the hospital, so we parked in the charity carpark on fountain Street. Me and my son have been coming to the hospital every 3 weeks for 15 years, I can honestly say parking is much worse that it ever used to be. I haven't left hospital yet today, so haven't paid, not going to be happy if its not easy to pay, as I've spent all morning here at the hospital trying to pay online. Already put off by the reviews, will take it further if I have to pay a fine once paid.

Judt had a bill come through for £60 when I know I paid !! I had to take my son to the eye hospital so parked there as just across from it . Paid the £60 but not happy at all !!!

Required a little assistance but the management aren’t interested in helping customers…had to leave the car park and was late for my appointment. Not a great experience at all, will never use again.

Parked there because I was late for appointment and couldn’t see ticket machine. The company are now demanding £350 for failing to pay for parking

Paid to park and was fined, no body to contact joke of a car park!

I paid at the tickect machine on 28/07, £4.00 for up to 3 hrs I was there for an hour. I recieved a PCN on 10/08 for £60.00? I haven't retained my parking ticket! How does a company fine when payment has been made?

Disgusting car park pot holes and dangerous seeing as how people with poor eyesight use this park to attend the eye hospital. Im certain i Paid for 1 hour and still got a parking fine.......keep your tickets

This is absolutely disgusting I paid for parking which is over priced for less than a hour still got a pcn fine I will not be paying DO NOT PARK HERE

Parked there the other day the car park was a sheet of ice no attempt grit it had been made very poor

Abysmal. Over priced. Car park full of potholes and awfully maintained. Taking advantage of staff and patients parking for the hospital across the street.

The management company are awful. Paid to park for ore than required and still got a PCN. This is not acceptable and I will not be parking here again.
