The same thing happened to us as to Iain last year. We have a Transit short wheel based campervan and it was parked well within the lines, next to a works Transit that was bigger. We got a ticket, the works van didnt. It appears Great Yarmouth dont want us to go there and shop.

I parked my motorhome here, within a space, and paid. When I returned, I had a ticket for parking "in a car park or area not designated for that class of vehicle". But there is no published information saying how it was not suitable. Beware! By the way, Great Yarmouth is not a great place to visit.
