On holiday 18/06/21 no cash so tried paying by card/app - that didn't work. Used card but with difficulty, got a ticket but without registration on it!! Paid £6 - only car on car park... I wonder why? It will show I paid on bank statement.

However, parking in a designated disabled bay within the seafront roadside Pay & Display car parking zone only allows a maximum of 3 hours free parking.
