Gloucester Retail Park

Wish I’d seen this before parking here. Like countless others, I parked and left the retail park to also visit the Quays and received a fine. AVOID. The shops here are naff and the parking “rules” are ridiculous and non-negotiable. Parasites.

This carpark has tiny signs. They used to have 3hrs free parking. They changed the tiny 3 to a 2. I got fined. I use the the GYM twice a week and always park well away. Last week I wanted to go to Clarkes. I was there about 20 mins and got a ticket. Seemingly you dont get any time at all anymore. The clear signs statement is simply a lie. This is legalised theft

Gloucester Quays is fun place to visit, but this car park is opposite. Soon after your visit £100 fine will be on its way to your address. Should find a better parking if visiting with family.

My wife has just had a fine parking here, she went to the quays to return an item then Next and Home Bargains. Appealed but that was rejected with wording: You must remain on site at all times your vehicle remains in the car park. Pathetic and we will not be parking here or using these shops again in the future.

Do not park here if you want to go across the road to the other shops as you will get a fine...£100.

Beware - no clear signs of parking restrictions which have changed from 2020 - will not go there again for shopping.

3hr parking but it says 2hrs on the signs ???? why wont the owners of the land talk to me ??

Parked outside of Iceland in a disabled space, took my husband into the keys shopping area, browsed a few shops then purchased items in GAP. We walked a bit more, had coffee in Witherspoons then lunch in a french restaurant, very nice. Back to Iceland and done a shop then into Homebargins and shopped some more. Now we have had a parking charge for £100 (£60 if paid early) WiLL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN. Bristol is closer anyway!!

parked here over 3 hours and 2 months later got final reminder.then I got 2 more fines arrived same day for 2 weeks apart. if I had got first letter I would have paid fine and then not gone back over 3 hours again !
