NO stars! Absolute crooks. Do not allow time for queuing to pay and they use ANPR. Avoid at all costs. Esp as you can only download an app to shop an Aldi - no tills and no cards or cash! Never again.

I paid and displayed a ticket and still got a PCN that’s how they trying to steal from the community and it’s unfortunate nothing is being done about it ,if the pay and display ticket doesn’t count I don’t see any reason why the machine should be in the parking lot such a misleading situation.

I drove in and looked of where to pay and couldn't find the machine so I thought they had done away with it. not realising two high top vans were parked in front of the pay machines. Got a £100.00 fine and paid £60.00 but still feel cheated as I couldn't see the pay machines.. It was only when I Googled the site that the machines were visible from the opposite side of the road. Now I have to pay over the odds when parking there so they don't have an excuse for another fine, they have had enough out of me to park there for 3 months.

Paid for the ticket of £2.00 I have a disability which caused me to over stay by 3 mins and got £100.00 fine I couldn't pay cos I didnt have the money they took me to court now charge me over £300.00 to dept company this is since 2018 and on going and I'm thinking of writing to the MP of Greenwich. An Aldi is to be opened soon how are people to be in ques and not getting back to their cars in time how is this going to help the businesses in the area.???

No STARS deserved! This company clearly has a pattern of fraud as described by most reviewers. I paid using the machine on Sunday 10 October and got a PCN. With all the complaints I'm reading, I don't know how Greenwich Council continues to retain this company if they're not profitting from the scam

Almost an exact repeat of the previous report on the 13th Nov. Tried to pay with a mobile but the machine didn't take payment. Went to Sainsbury's for change and paid. Have now been issued with a £100 fine. They must have a video recording of me putting the ticket from the machine in my car, and are not specific about what terms and conditions were not complied with and have not sent me a copy. £100 fine after paying £5.00 to park is not good value. I expect we'll end up in court.

I parked here on 28th April 2020 for 17 mins. I displayed my Disabled Blue Badge, got into my Power wheelchair and went into Sainsbury's Local to get a few essentials during the Covid-19 lock-down. I have received a PCN today. I spoke to Greenwich council who confirmed with me that ALL pay and display parking in the borough is exempt from charges for Valid Displayed Blue Badge Holders. I have appealed now. My hope is that Greenwich council will take notice and fine this company for illegal practices.

I park there twice I bought the tickets twice and twice I received a penalty. They are a bunch of thieves. I had to appeal which they didn't accept and appeal again to an independent organisation. Only then they remove the penalty. This parking is a scam and a joke. I hope someone will sue them soon.

Got a fine for going into Sainsbury's for 5 mins as had no change as meter did not take card, got 2 hours on ticket and arrived back in time and tried to get another 2 hours but was not allowed, had to enter reg no.so drove away but and under 10 mins over time limit. Had thrown away ticket as fine sent by post 10 days later. Outrageous do not park here.

I parked here on Feb 25 2019 for 30 mins. I had no idea it was a charged site but still displayed my Disabled Blue Badge. I received a PCN, issue date 28th, by post, on saturday 9th march. I saw no indication that parking charges applied. I appealed on sunday 10th march and received reply, 10.09 of successful submission. I then became concerned about the validity of the company and immediately scanned my computer for virus or/and impact upon my device. Thank you for this site. I will now pay the £60 reduced fine, with great reluctance, for no better reason than for peace of mind. As all above I detest these scammers and will never use this parking site again. My heartfelt desire is that Greenwich council will take notice and seek to resolve this appalling situation. F Vincent

I have parked here on three occasions. On two of those occasions I have received a penalty notice even though the length of time my car was parked was considerably shorter than that for which I had paid. An extremely suspicious business and a car park to be avoided. No paperwork is left on the car windscreen at the time and the penalty notice, when it arrives, is extremely basic, with (at best) a very poor photograph of one’s car. The payment system is unusual too, in that it is necessay to enter a registration number but this does not appear on the ticket issued.

BE WARNED DODGY ANPR TICKETING IN FORCE! DO NOT PARK HERE.The car park is tight. Not enough space to manouevre in and out of spaces. You'll use up most of your grace period time just trying to get into a space and leave the car park. If the car park is busy, good luck trying to get out in time. You will get a ticket almost indefinetely even if you paid. The ANPR camera is hidden and the signage is badly located.

I didn’t relise this was a pay and display until on my way out tried to pay machine wouldn’t take the money , now prob going to get a fine nothing clear on the way in saying you had to pay , you would only know if you had used this car park before

Go on moneysavingexpert and look for the template to send to them to contest the fine or pop in Plum Tree cafe, they have a copy by the til you can take a pic of.Crap space couldn’t park due to amount of cars and the spaces were too tight, after 3 attempts drove out, but incurred a fine!After sending the letter it was cancelled.

this car park is a total scam soon my job as a taxi driver drop my passenger elderly lady a week later I get a 100 pound fine it's a total piss take anyone know a good solicitor to deal with this by reading reviews I think the parking company are ripping people off and needs to be stopped once a for all

Park at this car park and paided for 1 hour, was there 20 mins, got parking ticket a week later. DO NOT PARK HERE!, scam firm working a loophole in the system. Appeals system is a joke.

This is a disgrace car park management company. Completely agree with all the reviews, the machine is broken, the online system is convoluted and the complaint process is extremely difficult. AVOID.

I have now been fined twice by these cowboys, both for no reasons and both of which i appealed. They refused the appeals, but did not tell me why. I have ended up twice appealing through a law firm called Private Parking Appeals which was recommended by Money Supermarket. I have won twice. They are a disgrace and I am now pursuing their unethical practices with Greenwich Council and the local MP. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Paid on 13th August to park but now have a PCN - there is no number to call or discuss this penalty. You can email or write by post if you wish to appeal, but in doing so if you go over the 14 days to get the £60 fine instead of the £100 fine limit. Very angry that Greenwich are allowing residents and visitors to be absolutely taken to the cleaners illegally under their watch. Disgraceful.

We have just received a PCN Notice. Parked and paid for one hour. Went back within the hour and paid for another 2 hours. As you put the Car Reg in the payment machine, how can they say we haven't paid - do not park here!

I parked here in Dec 16 got a ticket a month later even though I paid for a ticket via a phone app (machine wasn't working) got there at 18:10 paid within 5 mins. Charges apply till 18:30. Paid for an hour. I appealed but they sent me a generic letter saying not accepted but no reason. Didn't appeal to popla due to taking bad advice. It's now August 17. And it's gone through another 2 companies and they shall probably take me to court even though I have a receipt for parking and photo evidence of the sign a to prove I didn't do anything wrong. Absolute disgrace and a lot of stress for nothing. And at 30 weeks pregnant. Not happy.

Waited 15 mins for a bay found one bought a ticket got a fine through the post saying I never payed for ticket within 10 mins no sign telling you that on the way into the carp ark and they won't send me the anpr photo appealing with popla disgrace scammers they are stay away

This company is a scam. I was in the location waiting in my car for 15 mins and received a ticket (which I paid). Then on another occasion I parked at the same location, ensuring I paid this time. However, I received a ticket. But this time they 'forgot' to supply photographic evidence. Absolutely, ridiculous!!! Im willing to take them to court now!

Paid and displayed correctly. Exited with 7 minutes on the time. Received PCN for 100GBP 2 weeks later, with ANPR image showing ticket in windscreen. No explanation: Civil Enforcement deaf to requests for info - say parking "not in accordance..." etc. They are just scammers. Don't park here!

Parked here in November and paid and displayed ticket. Received a fine in the post a month after the date that I had parked, by which time I had obviously disposed of my ticket for proof to appeal. Internal appeal was rejected (obviously!) with no evidence to back up their charge. This company are thieves! I'll be appealing to POPLA.Stay away!!!!

We also paid and displayed up to 6.30pm and have received a fine in the post. Appealed but they've denied and as it was weeks later we threw the ticket away. Has anyone had any luck with appeals?

I paid and park and displayed my ticket and then received a parking charge notice 2 weeks after giving no reason as to why I was issued a fine. Also the fine had a different company to the one above. No signage to say they used a camera either. These fines should be overturned.

Bought £7.50 ticket on 29/12/16, then on 13/1/17 received £100 fine for non payment...!? Note: different company to that listed above sent fine. Be warned...

They are scammers. Put in registration number wrong by 1 digit. Paid up to 6:30. Car park ticket through post. Trying to kill off local business? Bastards! Can't give a minus rating.

I parked here legally and bought a ticket to see me up to 6.30pm after that it is free. Two weeks later got a fine. Luckily I still had the parking ticket I bought so will be appealing.

This car park private management is very dubious. They ticketing machince must not be working, as we purchased a total of £4.00 ticket for approximately 45mins stay and we got issued with a parking fine two weeks later that we did not comply with car park signage. Will be appealing as very strange!

Awful car park. Apparently they have replaced a traffic warden with a camera system but no signs to say so. Big sign hidden by a big tree. We parked for about 10 mins but received a parking ticket for £60. We shall fight this. Very dodgy.
