Parking in Cambridge

Visitors to Cambridge are strongly encouraged not to drive into the city.

Blue Badge holders may generally park:

• on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours, except where there is a ban on loading or unloading
• at pay-and-display machines for free and for as long as they need to (unless otherwise stipulated).

Park & Ride

The Park & Ride scheme is well sign-posted on approach roads to Cambridge. Sites are located on the outskirts of the city and parking is £1. Overnight parking is not permitted at any of the sites.

A regular paid bus service operates during the day. The route goes to various points in the city and terminates at the central bus station.

Return pick up points can be found at selected bus stops but check where with driver beforehand.
