Firstly only gave a 1 star as it wouldnt let me submit it without one. Absolute extortion!!! Came here to go shopping for my daughters birthday, couldnt find a machine anywhere to pay and put my ticket in machine at barrier ..... OMG!

Extortion! £17.90 for over 4 hours. I would have been cheaper to get taxi there and back. Never going there again.

Shocking lack of parent & child parking only 20 spaces. 46 blue badge spaces of which its rare to see half used ever, yet you could fill the parent & child spaces 10 times over all the time. A complete lack of the council meeting the demands of customer needs & not knowing their target market. Its cheaper to (& sometimes quicker) drive to Lakeside or Bluewater & park for free all day! Please bear in mind theres an ever increasing amount of empty shop units here aswell! No wonder! People just dont come here anymore & the council bear a huge responsibility for that! Go elsewhere, you wont regret it, especially if you come shopping with a family!! Rip off prices, lack of family spaces & lack of shops... whats to like!?

Very expensive if park over 4 hrs. Spent 15 mins looking for a space to park and left, still got charged £3.00

INSANE charges, horribly narrow spaces, one of the main reasons I have no intention of returning to Cambridge. Overrated.

Parked here for the first time with a blue badge. On arrival you need to give the attendant the serial number on the badge via the intercom at the barrier. The ticket issued will have 3 hours discounted. This meant I parked for 5 hours and only got charged for two. The car park is easy to enter and there are plenty of spaces for disabled and normal spaces. Floor 4 for disabled is best as you are level with the upper floor of the shopping centre. The car park is clean well lit and marked out on the floor in good painted colours. I recommend this for convenience and ease
