If you have an SUV sized car, DO NOT park here. Never scratched my car before but the first time I parked here I scuffed the rear quarter of my car while trying drive down the exit ramps. It's cheaper to park on the street and risk a traffic fine than to park here and have to pay for your car to be fixed. Ramps are WAY too narrow for anything bigger than a corsa/golf

Been stuck here on level 5 for half an hour and nothing is moving. Awful car park. Stupidly narrow ramps up and down. Avoid. Taking out my weekend afternoon. Incompetently run.

parked at 10.30am and came back after 6hrs on Saturday, they charged 20 pounds didnt understand why, Awful charges.

Not exactly VIP but perfect for The Junction venue, and cheap too. Beware of these other reviewers as they obviously can’t drive.

Yep super narrow ramp width and exit lane width. Very hard not to curb or scratch your car

We went to Nines Buffet today we park our car on the said car park. As it mentioned above this car park is to narrow I almost damage my Honda CR-V. Very disappointed. AVOID!!!!

Appalling charging system if you enter before 7pm and leave after - you’re charged twice. Unbelievable.

Cost £500 to repair the damage to the side of the car while exiting. Fairly normal size car (Ford CMax) and was going as carefully and slowly as possible. Enough said.

Avoid at all costs. Ramp is very tight. Spaces are narrow. Spaces are often available in neighbouring streets.

Avoid a thing all costs. You are charged an hourly tariff as well as 7pm-7am rate, which is not clear at all! The customer service is APPALLING and the staff are SO rude and patronising! Not what you want when you are out trying to enjoy a social evening! Very disappointing!!!!!

As others have said ramps extremely tight I really struggled avoid if you can help it bays very narrow too.... No need for it as it's a big carpet they could have sacrificed a few spaces to make everyones life easier.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Absolute rip off, staff are unhelpful and just rude!! They charge you Your hourly tarif ONTOP of the 'after 7pm overnight' tarif. No clear signage and no mention prior to paying about getting a reduced cost if you validate your ticket! Also awful design of the car park... good luck getting up those tight ramps!!!

As others have warned: the up/down ramps are extremely tight so it's best avoided by long or wide cars. The largest car I'd take on a regular basis would be something the size of an Astra, Focus or Golf.On the plus side there usually seem to be spaces available, possibly because people with larger cars don't like using it!

Ramps are fine, seem many large 4x4s cope with the ramps and no idea why you would need parking sensors on. If you can't cope with the width of your car I suggest you buy a smaller one.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS . This carpark has the narrowest ramps inside i have ever seen , My X6 was badly damaged as i tried to descend a ramp despite having my parking sensors activated. Sides of ramps covered with the paint of the the many cars that must have been damaged too. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. BE WARNED
