Ridiculously overpriced for tiny parking spaces, tight corners and if you park in the lower level there is no lift that takes you straight to the shopping centre which resulted in us being charged a second time (additional £9.80) at the barrier because it took us longer than 10 minutes to leave (15 minutes) which considering we needed to wait for both lifts for longer than is acceptable, then the time it takes to put away shopping, pushchair, child etc, 10 minutes is hardly a reasonable amount of time from paying to leaving. Would not recommend and certainly won’t be returning!

I always park here. So convenient for a couple of hours, off peak and during the week.

Central parking location in Cambridge - not the cheapest but conveniently located.

Don't bother. Says there are spaces then you sit behind a barrier waiting for a space to become free then you drive around like an idiot looking for this illusive space and end up sitting there waiting for other people to take the spot anyway. I left and parked a mile or two away for £5.80 for 4 hours. Traffic jams for about 3 miles leading to car parks. My first time to Cambridge but wouldn't go again by car.

Tiny places, tight corners, and way too expensive

Aug 28, 2018

Poor layout, tight lanes and corners and very greedily overpriced. Would recommend parking elsewhere and travel into the city

As a blue badge holder I would like those in charge to realise that returning to your car and then having to take your blue badge out of your car and return back to the pay machine is beyond a JOKE. Not in anyway disabled friendly... Please can you do it like the Grafton, so much easier for those of us with already limited tollerance to obstacles

I managed to sell one of my kidneys to cover parking here, With only one left I don't think I would be coming back to park here again !

Apr 26, 2017

Too expensive. If you can walk ok then use the Queen Anne car park. Little further but half the price.

Over Priced

Nov 24, 2015

Insanely overpriced! Stupid route setup inside. Causes traffic in roads around it.

Nov 18, 2015

Very expensive!! Way over priced.

Oct 27, 2015

Centrally located and was available after a few minutes wait on a busy Sunday. Pricy.

Mar 25, 2015

scarily over priced. Only good thing is you get a couple of minutes before it charges the next level of money. expensive and hard to drive in. minimal family parking.
