Queningate

I paid 7 for 1.5 hours, at the parking exit the car registration number was shown wrong. I tried to scan the bar code on the payment slip, didn't worked. Ultimately had to pay 7 pounds again. That's no good

It is very sad to accept that 25 pounds for 24 hours. We parked for 8 hours and had to pay 25 pounds.

The touchscreen payment is not very good and often registers a double tap or none at all. It took me 8 attempts to enter my registration including one that was successful but timed out before payment was completed. Similar situation for many others in the pay queue. Someone pressed the help button which wasn't very helpful as the problem had been resolved before the help assistant came back with an answer. This Car Park is pretty extortionate and the payment system is extremely inefficient. Wake up Canterbury Council !
