Horrified by the new prices. £3-70 is ludicrous, such an increase. As a pensioner, I shall no longer bother to come into Canterbury, which now has very little to offer. I was shocked to have to pay £8-50 after meeting a relative for lunch recently. Dreadful. Are you trying to keep people away? (Why no DISCOUNT for local residents????) Very poor policy.☹️

Prices went from £2.50 per hour to £3.70 per hour. Almost 50% jump!

My husband who is currently disabled could not get back in via the ramp or the way we had exited so had to walk most of the way round the building to get the car. I was waiting at a restaurant to be picked up and seriously thought he had collapsed somewhere, which he nearly did.

It only gets three stars because it does not state whether or not there is a charge for disabled vehicles. I am quite happy to pay but don’t want to make the mistake of leaving my car there and then getting charged later.

Yes it is expensive, but so convenient and unless there's a big event on or Canterbury's full of Christmas shoppers queuing the roads to get in you'll find a space 99% of the time

Far too expensive for a short stay particularly on a Saturday if you just need to be in town for a short while. They should have a rate for just half an hour.

Appalling charges for a concrete city. There are no signs to say the maximum stay is 5hours and we got the £20 payment shock when we returned. Will not be using ever again

Very secure car park, always a space on busy days but can turn out costly for both short stay and long stay.
