The carpark had alot going for it, ie: low cost, the convenience, and level of cleanliness to stairs (no smell of urine); but as other people have mentioned not suitable for suv vehicles. Unfortunately, I incurred expensive kerb rash despite driving carefully.

Decent car park, handy for the bottom end of town. Used it many times in a large SUV and if you have good spatial awareness and can actually drive your chosen vehicle, your alloys will be safe!

Avoid car park - as other reviewers have said tyres and alloys will get scratched GUARANTEED. Avoid and find another car park if you want to save money

I have never visited a car park like this one before. The protruding concrete curbs appear to be designed to destroy alloy wheels. If you drive anything larger than a compact car you will be lucky to leave this car park with your alloys undamaged. I wasn't surprised to see most of the spaces vacant. I doubt many drivers would come back here a 2nd time. I certainly won't. If I could I would give no stars. This car park is not fit for purpose.

Avoid this car park at all costs if you have care at all about your alloy wheels

This car park is awful. Managed to damage an alloy on my 1 month old brand new car due to the tightness of the down ramps and the stupidly placed low concrete kerbs that run along all of the ramps. I wish I had read the reviews on here before visiting the car park, but you shouldn't have to - you should expect modern car park designs to get it right! They warn about vehicle height, not vehicle length (i.e. if you drive anything longer than a hatchback, you will struggle)

Easily curb your alloys. Avoid.

the car park is very tight! Warning if you use this then say good bye to your alloy wheels and tyres !!!

I wish I read the review on the 31 May before I used this car park. We were having a great time in Hemel until this really tight fitting car park destroyed my alloy wheell!!!! And there was no warning sign!!!!! Utterly disgusted - brilliant town ruined by an unspicable car park!!! Omg!!!!

visiting Hemel today for shopping reason..i will like to inform you protesting as well the state of your car park!the way you have done this place is unbelievable wrong and unthinkable thigh!!destroying my car, tyers and allow wheels is not something i was expecting to do thanks to the fact that you don't even have the decent way to make a sign allowing drivers to choose on their responsibility to use your place.I am sure i am not the only one going through this experience and probably out of my pocket to fix the damage. i am looking in to this as a future way legally to complain and make sure a list you inform people. Absolutely disgusted and upset. There are not 0 stars to choose to live you

Car parking spaces are a bit small. Also the turning space to up to the next level is tight. There are disabled parking spaces however. Lifts and stairs are clean and well maintained.
