Water Gardens (North)

I have used this car park for years and find it very convenient, although not the cheapest (!) to use. I would ask, why does the machine , whether cash or card is used, NOT issue a receipt? Legally, I am bound to have a receipt for any payment not least a parking payment. Also, I have no proof that I parked on a particular day, time etc and although I've never exceeded the allotted time, the camera is the only proof, which I and others can'argue with. A receipt also allows customers to check their their expiry time. Please rectify this and arm your pay machines with a paper roll to issue receipts. Not too difficult Dacorum.
