I’m a disabled badge holder parked and paid £3 still got a parking charge as we paid cash and did not keep our receipt shocking on the council

I'm blue badge holder and parked in the Spanish City Plaza car park where I've received a parking charge. I think this is absolutely disgraceful that the council and others use these companies like HX car park management. I will never go to Whitley Bay again.

Parking charged at £3.00 to cover all day till 10.00am next day. Absolute bargain, whether you are in possession of a blue badge or not.

We always used to get free disabled parking in Whitley Bay opposite Monkseaton drive roundabout. Last week parked at Spanish City in a disabled bay with blue badge to make a collection from Trenchers and got a £100 ticket. Is that rude or what? Shame on the Council for employing HX Car park Management

Bought all day parking ticket and they lied about giving me an offence issue. Saying past the 14 day payment and want to charge me £50 fortunately I still have the parking ticket I displayed and will not be paying their blatant mistake
