Very poor services overcharged.the amount on the screen is not what they took from my bank card and when complained they expect me to do paper work and chase

I have always used this car park, but now I find that to get a receipt fir the fee you pay you have to give your e mail address. All I want is a receipt, surely it is much easier and quicker to press a button fir a receipt

I love this car park, you can shop with ease and it certainly much cheaper than Bishop Stortford where I live.

Why are only negative comments listed, Ive used this car park for many years and this latest system is excellent, there are many pay machines and some I agree tucked away by the Asda toilets access but people are lazy and wont look just que and complain.

Just got Pay Now £125 today. Swiped card at meter in October. Bank statement confirms payment but they say the receipt doesn’t tally with display fees. Faulty machine? I’m taking this further.

Shocking approach to parking signs small process convoluted and unclear please avoid this car park I think judging by twitter their approach is UK wide so please approach horizon parking with caution.

Took my Mum 84 for a coffee at the water Gardens. She can’t hardly walk. So I parked in disabled bay. Came back got a ticket. I have complained because the rules state that you don’t have to have a badge to park in a disabled bay but must be disabled etc, etc. What kind of service is this. Plus there is no clear signs showing you need a blue badge.

Wouldnt even give 1 star. Had a free parking voucher from asda yet still got a parking fine. Absolute joke. Never received a letter about this now charging me £60!!!!!! Pathetic

What a bloody joke this new system is. Shopping defrosted by the time the queue had gone down to pay for parking. Queue went from the machine way past Matalan. Needs sorting ASAP

I forgot to pay on exit as so used to the old system then suddenly remembered 9 hours after thought omg! So went back

New system very poor big queues at machines it asks how long you’ve stayed- why does it have to ask when there’s number plate recognition in place- are we being tricked into a fine!? Noticed there’s no officials around to help, I wonder why.....

After shopping in water gardens, you come across the new payment machines. So you have to put your shopping down and your children. Not everyone knows there reg number of there car. Lots of olde people won't. So your mucking about, going to look for your car get the reg, so your holding people up. Not a good system at all. Complete rubbish. So your shopping is on the floor. So anyone can take it. Brilliant system. Must have been a man thought this up. Well done Harlow. Another reason not to come here.

Changed me twice and then changed me for 2 more hours after I was 5minutes late already disorganized and money grabbing

New payment system today is crap. 6 machines replaced with 2 new. Queues very long to pay after shopped food defrosting better improve or will not visit very often. Back to shopping at Tesco and Sainsbury's
