no barrier, no ticket, payment machine appears to be turned off, everyone being told it was free parking after 4pm in December for late night Christmas shopping. £100 fine received in Jan. Absolutely awful car park and company. Do not park here.

Total disgrace... I had been there less then 1 hour on a Sunday. Paid by card as usual, the screen showed £1 yet £60 was taken from my account. I suffer with my mental heath and have found it very difficult to find out how to contact anyone to get money back.

Old car park. Tight spaces. No cameras.. Car hit whilst parked there.. No help from ncp. Rubbish Park elsewhere.

Just received a parking fine . Went up bank Holiday, normally pay at barrier on way out but barrier was up n nothing saying where to pay . Machine at barrier wasn't working , assumed it was free bank holiday parking , n now they want 60 - 100 pound fine for 45 min parking . What a scam

Fine received, no clear notices with regards to payment. Always used barrier a s ticket method. Disgraceful.

No barriers no signs about getting a payment ticket. Parked for 1 hour in disabled using my blue badge. Ended up with 100 eurocarpark fine. Appealed it. Total joke..

Same as every one else received a parking fine wrongly assumed it was still free after Christmas period no information on how to pay big rip off not parking there anymore

Park there when partner visits football stadium always paid by ticket at barrier no barrier no real evidence of how to pay then fined think this is a trap to scam people will ensure I never park again here !

anyone that parked here since the start of december be expected to get a parking charge notice from euro car parks they are basically conning everyone that uses the car park
